1. Shipment Processing Time

3. Tea Freshness & Packaging Guarantee

Because tea is a delicate food product, we take extra care in our packaging:

  • All loose-leaf teas (such as Huangshan Maofeng and Keemun Black Tea) are sealed in vacuum-packed or airtight aluminum pouches to prevent oxidation and moisture during transit.
  • Our premium Chinese Matcha is packed in lightproof, airtight tins to preserve its vibrant emerald color and umami flavor.
  • All orders are shipped in sturdy, eco-friendly boxes with protective cushioning to prevent leaf breakage.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Xiangcha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages
