Xiangcha (“we”, “us”) operates xiangchashop.com, an online shop for Chinese tea and tea ware packed in Anhui, China. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and your choices.

Who we are

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and dispute rules require (often several years). Account data stays until you delete the account or ask us to erase what we can. Support emails are kept as long as useful for the conversation, then deleted or archived routinely.
